How to find the requirements/milestones of an offer/game that I have started?
Offers/Games
- Go to Earn > Offers/Games.
- Click Activity.
- A list of all offers/games that you have started will be displayed and sorted according to date started.
- Select the offer/game to view it's requirements/milestones.
Offer Partners
- Go to Earn > Offers.
- Select the offer partner where you started the offer/game from.
- On the offer partner pop up, select the history/support/reward status icon/link.
- A list of all offers/games that you have started will be displayed and sorted according to date started.
- Select the offer/game to view it's requirements/milestones.
How to allow app tracking on iOS 14.5 and later?
For offers/games that requires you to download an app, ensure that you allow app tracking when you open the app. This allows you to be credited upon completion of the requirements/milestones and will prevent any missing credit or disappointment.
If you did not receive an app tracking prompt, follow these steps:
- On your device, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
- Enable Allow Apps to Request to Track.
I completed the offer/game requirements/milestones but I was not credited
In some cases, you might not be credited even though you completed the offer/game requirements/milestones.
This usually happens when your device's privacy settings have automatically disabled tracking or you did not allow app tracking when you first downloaded the app. Hence, our advertising partners are unable to track your completion of the requirements/milestones.
In order to be credited, please follow these steps to submit a support ticket directly to our advertising partner as they have full control of the crediting process. You should generally receive a response from our advertising partner within 7 days.
Offers/Games

- Click Activity.
- A list of all offers/games that you have started will be displayed and sorted according to date started.
- Select the offer/game and click Contact.
- Complete the support form with the required details including any screenshots as proof that you have completed the offer/game requirements/milestones.

- Go to Earn > Offers > Offer Partners.
- Select the offer partner where you started the offer/game from.
- A list of all offers/games that you have started will be displayed and sorted according to date started.
- On the offer partner pop up, select the history/support/reward status icon/link.
- A list of all offers/games that you have started will be displayed and sorted according to date started.
- Select the offer/game and click Contact/Support/Missing reward.
- Complete the support form with the required details including any screenshots as proof that you have completed the offer/game requirements/milestones.
I cannot submit a support ticket
Generally, if you have started an offer/game more than 30 days ago, you will be unable to submit a support ticket directly to our advertising partner. In this case, contact us and provide the following details:
- Did you start the offer/game under Offer Partners?
- If you started the offer/game under Offer Partners, what is the name of the offer partner?
- Zest Member ID [Go to Account (icon on top right corner) to retrieve]
- Name of the offer/game
- Screenshots as proof that you have completed the requirements/milestones
