How long does it take for a purchase to be tracked?
Purchases are generally tracked within 24 hours but can take up to 7 days. You can view all tracked purchases by following these steps:
- Go to Earn > Shops.
- Click Activity.
- A list of all purchases that you have made will be displayed and sorted according to tracking date.
How long does it take for a purchase to be credited?
Purchases are generally credited within 60 to 90 days after purchase or successful delivery but it can take longer depending on the store.
Below are the possible status of your purchase as displayed on the Activity page:
- Pending: Purchase is pending the store's confirmation if it is eligible for cashback and the final cashback amount.
- Confirmed: The store has confirmed the purchase and finalised the cashback amount.
- Credited: Cashback has been credited as ZP into your available balance.
- Invalid: Purchase is not eligible for cashback.
I completed a purchase but it was not tracked
Here are some possible reasons why your purchase was not tracked:
- The purchase did not meet the cashback terms or was made from a category not eligible for cashback.
- Only new customers were eligible for cashback.
- You did not click through to the store from Zest.
- You did not complete the purchase within the same browser session.
- You did not accept cookies or disable ad blockers.
Who do I contact if my purchase was not tracked?
Please contact us and provide the following details in order for us to investigate. This might take up to 14 days and we will revert back once we receive an update from the store.
- Zest Member ID [Go to Account (icon on top right corner) to retrieve]
- Store name
- Order number
- Purchase amount
- Screenshot of the purchase confirmation/invoice
